Ashiana Housing, founded in 1986, is primarily engaged in real estate development. Ashiana’s primary business concept is to purchase land, convert it into a residential
structure, and then sell it. Management aims for projects with gross margins of more than 30% and inventory clearance in 5-7 years. The company is divided into three residential segments: Senior Living Homes, Kids Centric Homes, and Premium Homes. Rajasthan, Haryana, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Gujarat are among the states where the business has projects.
Process to Participate in Ashiana Housing Buyback
All qualified shareholders of the company who own shares in physical or demat form on the record date may participate in the buyback offer through their stockbroker. Eligible shareholders who hold their shares in demat form must advise their brokers of the details of the equity shares they desire to tender in the buyback offer.
The shareholder must transfer the tendered shares to the Special account of the clearing corporation. In turn, the broker would place a stock exchange buyback order.
Eligible shareholders who own shares in tangible form must show the original share certificates and supporting paperwork to their broker. Following the completion of document verification, the broker executes an order on the stock exchange and submits the original share certificate and TRS (Transaction Registration Slip) to the registrar.
