You can use an online ASBA form that the advisory supply, or you can download one from the NSE or BSE website. Two days after the IPO opens for subscription, you can download the ASBA forms in blank or printed form. When you apply through ASBA, the required amount is only blocked in your bank account, and the actual funds are debited only if your application is allotted shares in the IPO. Therefore, there is no need to provide a cheque along with the ASBA application.

  • Under any restricted category, the investor cannot submit a bid.
  • The investor is unable to change his offer.
