The company plans to establish a Multi-Product Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ/SEZ) on its land in Ankulapaturu village, Chillakuru Mandal, Tirupati District of Andhra Pradesh, spanning 53.81 ha (132.91 acres). The warehouses of VSF Projects Limited will function as foreign territories, simplifying customs procedures and enhancing operational efficiencies for importers, exporters, and re-exporters.
In the initial stage, the company plans to establish a Multi-Product Free Trade Warehousing Zone (SEZ) on their land measuring 53.81 ha (132.96 acres). This zone will consist of 4 bulk warehouses, each spanning 3,50,000 sq ft, along with a rooftop solar power system generating 2 MW of electricity for the warehouses. Additionally, there will be a container storage and handling area equipped with top-notch facilities within the proposed FTWZ at their site.
