The Coastal Corporation Ltd Company is in the business of trading various Chemical Compounds, Polymers, PVC Resins, Plastic Granules, Plastic Industry Items, and so on. We are in the business of producing recycled materials and trading Polymer Compounds. We have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. Until 2019, our Company was primarily engaged in the trading of Polymer compounds.
In 2019, our company completed the demerger acquisition of the ‘Recycled and Trading Compounds Division’ of group concern ‘COASTAL CORPORATION Limited’ under the scheme of arrangement approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal. Following the completion of the abovementioned demerger, the Company’s equity shares were listed on both the NSE and BSE on May 8, 2019. Our Company also began trading in raw and finished cashew nuts in December 2020 as a part of one of its business plans to enter the FMCG industry. However, this is nonetheless in its early stages.
