Company Profile
Our company was originally established as a partnership firm under the name M/s Shreeji Shipping through a partnership deed dated June 14, 1995. On March 2, 2024, the partners resolved to convert the firm into a private limited company, following which the name was changed to Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited. The Registrar of Companies (RoC) issued a fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting this change on April 11, 2024. Later, with the approval of shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on October 17, 2024, the company was converted into a public limited company and renamed Shreeji Shipping Global Limited. The RoC issued a new certificate of incorporation for the public limited company on November 18, 2024.
