We are a Gujarat-based manufacturer of Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Bars, a vital material in the construction industry known for strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. Our operations are concentrated in Gujarat, contributing over 96% of revenues in recent years. TMT Bars are our core product, accounting for more than 90% of revenues, with retail sales forming the major share. Additional revenues come from scrap, binding wires, and billets. We operate through a strong retail and institutional customer base in Gujarat (excluding Saurashtra and Kutch), supported by a distribution network of 3 distributors and 227 dealers. Under a non-exclusive retail license agreement with Kamdhenu Limited, we market TMT Bars under the Kamdhenu brand within Gujarat.
