Rushil Decor Limited, inaugurated in 1993, is the flagship company of the Rushil Group, producing Decorative Laminated Sheets, Medium Density Fibre Board, and Poly Vinyl Chloride Board. “VIR LAMINATE,” “VIR MDF,” “VIR PROPLUS,” “VIR MAXPRO,” “VIR PRELAM MDF,” “VIR PVC,” and “VIR STUDIO” represent a few of Rushil Decor’s brands.
The company currently owns five production plants, three of which are based in Gujarat and one in each of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Each of these facilities is capable of producing a wide selection of Laminated Sheets, Medium Density Fibre boards, and Poly Vinyl Chloride Foam Board in a variety of sizes. The company also has an in-house design team that is in charge of developing new product designs based on market needs. The company operates in Kenya, Kuwait, Qatar, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Nepal, and other countries.
Objects of the Issue:
The proceeds from the issue will be used for the following objects:
- Repayment or pre-payment in full or part, of certain identified unsecured loans availed by the company from the Promoter and members of the Promoter Group.
- To augment the existing and incremental working capital requirement and general corporate purposes.
