Samhi Hotels Limited is India’s primary hotel owner and asset manager. It operates 25 hotels with 3,839 keys and has a broad geographic presence in 12 cities across India, including Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. In Kolkata, Samhi has one hotel under construction with 111 keys. The opening and closing dates of the IPO have yet to be announced. SAMHI has established an acquisition-led strategy, which is supported by its track record of purchasing and effectively turning around hotels to develop its company. SAMHI has two hotels under development with 461 keys in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai.
