SAR Televenture was founded in 2019 with the goal of offering communications solutions to telecom network operators. The company installs and commissions 4G and 5G towers, as well as optical fiber cable (OFC) systems and network equipment.
SAR Televenture also provides project management for duct and optical fiber cable laying, construction of basic transmission and telecom utilities, dark fiber leasing, optical fiber network construction, duct and optical fiber maintenance, and optical fiber project turnkey services to various telecom network operators broadband service Band Service Operators and ISPs across Maharashtra. SAR has installed 373 4G/5G towers as of March 31, 2023, which are leased to Airtel. In the next two years, the business intends to install an additional 6,000+ 5G/4G
towers. In West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab, the business has leased 373 towers.
