They have expanded their activities over the years, and
as of March 31, 2023, they had sold 27,965 residential and commercial units, all inside the Delhi NCR region, totaling 18.90 million square feet. Their sales (net of cancellation) increased by 42.46% year on year, from 16,902.74 million in Fiscal 2021 to 34,305.84 million in Fiscal 2023. They had sold 25,089 residential units as of March 31, 2023, with an average selling price of $3.60 million per home.
Through GoI and state government programmes, Signature Global has strategically concentrated on the Affordable Housing (AH) segment (prices below 4 million) and the Middle Income Housing (MH) segment (prices between 4 million and 2.5 million). Haryana’s state government, through its numerous policies, provides for the development of AH and MH. For example, they have been heavily involved in the development of programmes such as the Affordable Housing Policy, 2013, which was notified by the Town and Country Planning Department, Government of Haryana (AHP), and the Affordable Plotted Housing Policy, also known as the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY – APHP).
