Company Profile
Sadhav Shipping Limited was established in 1996 and is running marine assets necessary for the port’s activity, coastline logistics, and other sea-related services. Previously known as Homa Offshore & Shipping Company Private Limited, the firm utilizes barges to operate inside and outside the coastal waters. For the transit or lightering movement of cargo, barges are also used outside the coastwaters. The company owns and manages port vessels and provides high-speed security boats for patrol services. The company operates 24 ships, 19 of which are owned and 5 leased, in various areas of
Indian marine trade. On March 31, 2023, the company had 421 employees. Sadhav Shipping has three business divisions:
- Offshore Logistics: Exploration and production of oil and gas in offshore fields
- Port Services: High-speed patrol boats for ports
- Oil spill response: Tier 1 oil spill response equipment for ports
