Yasons Chemex Care, founded in 2017, manufactures dyes and pigment paste, as well as FMCG items. They manufacture a wide range of dyes in the dyes section, including basic dyes, reactive dyes, food colourants, direct dyes, and vat dyes.
The company also makes several kinds of pigment pastes from diverse chemicals. Under the brand name “PLXO,” the FMCG manufactured or packaged products such as hair oil, fragrances and deodorants, handcrafted soap, sanitizer, and so on. In order to meet consumer demands, the company also trades in dyes, pigments, and pigment paste. It provides color solutions directly or indirectly (trader) for diverse industries such as textiles, paper, paints, inks, soap, plastic, wood, detergents, and FMCG. It offers multiple shades of
dyes. Further, dye manufacturing can be broadly classified under the following types –
- Natural dyes
- Synthetic dyes
- Synthetic organic dyes.
Yasons Chemex Care has two production sites in the Gujarat state. It makes dyes and pigment paste at its manufacturing facility, which is located at A-1/329, Phase-II, G.I.D.C, Vatva, Ahmedabad – 382445 Gujarat, and has an installed capacity of 650 MTPA per annum. Furthermore, the company manufactures FMCG items at its facility located at 22, Shreeji Krupa Estate, Tajpur Road, Changodar, Sanand District, Ahmedabad, 382213 Gujarat, which is approximately 1500 square feet in size and has an installed capacity of 350 LTR per annum. The company is also a partner in Rishit Polysurf LLP with 99% of the share in profits.
